Besides being very personable, she is extremely knowledgeable about the north Georgia mountain area. Since she is licensed not only in GA, but also in NC and TN, we were actually able to find our perfect property in NC -- a surprise to us as we initially thought we'd be specifically in Blue Ridge! We do not live in the area so our availability to look at properties was somewhat limited. Michelle accommodated our schedule and made herself available for marathon showing sessions. We very much appreciated her guidance through the offer, counter-offer, acceptance, inspection/remediation, and closing. She was on top of everything, communicated well with the listing agent, answered all of our questions, and even visited the property several times to check on remediation activities to ensure we'd be able to close on schedule. Her knowledge regarding construction requirements, crawl space and basement considerations, as well as drainage and foundation issues was invaluable to us. We highly recommend Michelle and will definitely use her services again if we are buying or selling in the area.
